Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Sharing account access — whether with a family member, friend or any third party — is a breach of these Terms. cardrummy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
cardrummy operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Your account balance, all displayed prizes, bonus amounts and withdrawal figures are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion charges are applied by cardrummy on PKR transactions, though your payment provider (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) may apply their own applicable fees.
If any of your registration details change — including your contact number or email address — you are responsible for updating them through your account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may affect your ability to complete identity verification and process withdrawals.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cardrummy reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. The account will not be closed without notice.

Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. cardrummy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Before your first withdrawal, cardrummy may request identity verification documents to confirm that the withdrawal is being made to the same person who made the original deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not applied arbitrarily.
cardrummy's payment systems are for gaming purposes only. Using the platform to transfer, convert or conceal funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity is strictly prohibited. Any accounts suspected of being used for financial crime will be suspended immediately and the matter referred for further review.

Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement, eligible games list and expiry date.
A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in eligible game bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. The results of each game round are entirely independent and are not influenced by previous rounds, account history, bet size or any other player-specific factor.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, access to the account and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all balances — including real money, bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at cardrummy's discretion. You may request the closure of your cardrummy account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals of real money (non-bonus) funds will be processed subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools may request account reopening only after the self-exclusion period they selected has fully elapsed.
